COMPANY SECRETARYWe undertake to act as Company Secretary throughout the year, which includes maintaining the statutory books & records and preparations of all relevant minutes for directors and shareholders meeting, the preparation of statutory forms to be filed at the Companies Commission of Malaysia and basic company secretarial tasks which is charged separately.
REGISTERED OFFICEWe provide a registered office facility at our address and will forward mail as arranged.
CORPORATE DIRECTORWe can provide nominee directors for qualifying clients who do not wish to be found on public record, or companies that require a second director to comply with the Article of Association. A suitable Indemnify will be given by the company to protect our nominee directors.
SHAREHOLDERSA private limited company must have at least two shareholders. One of our corporate bodies can act as a nominee on behalf of the beneficial owner.
MAINTENANCE OF STATUTORY BOOKSWhere we are not asked to act as Company Secretary but clients require a knowledgeable and professional services, we maintain the statutory registers at our office and update them when necessary.
BASIC COMPANY SECRETARIAL SERVICESWe prepare Annual General Meeting documentation, Special, Extraordinary and Ordinary Resolutions, Annual Returns, Share Transfer Forms, Board Meeting Minutes, Share Certificates and any other documentation normally required in the field of Company Law.
BUSINESS ADDRESSWe can offer our business address service, which has a dedicated telephone line (including facsimile and email) and registered office facility. Mail forwarding service is available for clients using our address and the occasional telephone message can be taken.
REGISTRATION WITH STATUTORY AGENCIESWe also offer services for registration with Ministry of Finance, Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as well as formation of association with the Registrar of Societies (ROS).
